Main stakeholders are Local Sales Team, Manufacturing Plant in Finland, Distributors, and Customers. Preparing and modifying mechanical drawings using AutoCAD to support sales activities. Acting as a technical interface between the factory and local sales for customization and modifications of motors. Preparing technical documentation for distributors and customers. Providing technical support and guidance to the sales network regarding motor specifications. Visiting customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Supporting all industrial segments including Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Metals, and more. Qualifications For The Role Skilled in CAD and mechanical design principles. Ability to demonstrate experience in mechanical drawings and technical support for industrial products. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in industrial or electromechanical sector). Enhanced knowledge of low-voltage electric motors and customization processes. Passionate about teamwork, problem-solving, and customer orientation. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technician diploma. Easy communication in English (written and spoken).
