We are looking for an HR Cost Controlling & Reporting to join our Italy HR Payroll & Administration team. How you make the difference This position is important as it ensures accurate HR data analysis and reporting, driving informed decision‑making on workforce planning and cost management. The expected outcomes include improving budgeting accuracy, optimizing labor costs, and providing key insights to support strategic business growth. How Your Agenda Looks Like HR Dashboard with HC and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc.) and any official HC reporting for internal or external use; Workforce and labor cost planning: forecasting, budgeting and long‑term plans (activities carried out directly on Italian companies and supporting); Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies (FTE/HCT) consolidating and producing proper reporting; Check on the HR database system (Infobudget, SuccessFactors, Tagetik HR) verifying the correctness of the data; Monitoring the hiring of new employees in terms of cost, position and hiring date. Your Team You’ll directly report to our HR Administration & Payroll Processes Specialist. The role doesn’t include direct reports. What Makes You a Great Fit Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field; Work Experience: 2/3 years’ experience in the role within an international context; Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, in particular Excel; Local language: Proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
