Responsibilities Manage general services within the company, including equipment, office supplies, and incoming/outgoing materials, ensuring their proper use. Handle reception activities and welcome employees, suppliers, clients, and visitors. Support the routing of phone calls, emails, and faxes. Support the management, supervision, and monitoring of maintenance activities and company facilities. Requirements Availability to work from the Milan office. Availability for a part-time contract (21 hours per week). Belonging to protected categories under Italian Law No. 68/1999. Ability to work in a team and within a dynamic environment. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma. Previous experience in administrative support or general services roles. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2 level).
