MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Product Owner – Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Events Management to lead the strategic evolution, value delivery, and continuous development of customer data and event‑driven engagement capabilities. In this role, you will act as the primary owner of the product vision, driving prioritization, feature definition, and overall product outcomes. This position goes beyond traditional business analysis, requiring full end‑to‑end ownership of the product, balancing business strategy, platform capabilities, and execution. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Technology, and Data functions to ensure the platform enables meaningful customer insights, scalable engagement, and measurable business impact across the organization. Role and Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Events Management, aligning it with business and marketing objectives. Own and prioritize the product backlog , ensuring high‑quality user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and alignment with both short‑term needs and long‑term roadmap goals. Act as subject matter expert for Customer Insights , guiding platform adoption, capability maturity, and solution design with a focus on scalable and native approaches. Collaborate with architects, developers, and data teams to ensure solutions are aligned with product strategy and technical sustainability. Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and adoption, ensuring best practices in segmentation, consent management, customer journeys, and event workflows. Validate delivered features, ensuring they meet expected outcomes and quality standards, and lead issue resolution and continuous optimization initiatives. Monitor product performance, user adoption, and data quality, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation. Own the product roadmap, defining priorities and sequencing initiatives based on business value and organizational impact. Requisiti Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within complex, fast‑paced environments. Strong hands‑on expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys) and related CRM or marketing automation platforms. Deep understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation strategies, consent management, and event‑driven engagement. Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into actionable product outcomes. Strong analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills, with a proactive and ownership‑driven mindset. Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
