About the Role We are seeking a senior mechanical engineer to join our Engineering department, supporting the Tobacco Maker & Auxiliary equipments projects team. The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Mechanical Designers, managing projects from concept to completion, to develop full autonomy. Sounds like a journey you want to be part of? As a Mechanical Engineer, you will: Design mechanical components as well as small machine groups; Modify already existing machine groups, design mechanical parts; Draft relevant technical documentation; Support the assembly department for ongoing modifications; Strong collaboration with the Electronics Department; Design review; The position is based in Bologna (Italy). What You Need to Be Successful To be successful in the role, you must have a strong and keen interest in designing activities and an innate aptitude for working with customers and colleagues. You are a team player. You also: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related. Previous experience of at least 2 years of experience; Know parametric designing tools. Understanding of Creo Modelling and CAD Tools will be considered a plus; You are willing to learn SAP and Oracle. If you already have, it will be considered a plus; You feel at ease speaking, reading, and writing in English; You are thrilled about potential business trips (15-20%); You are handy, flexible, and curious. #J-18808-Ljbffr
