Month End closing : coordinating multi-site activities gathering inputs from different accounting systems and summarizing outputs. Reporting : Summarize in different formats the information (by cost nature, cost center, project, etc), for different stakeholders. ProcessImprovement : Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states, proposing solutions that align with business goals. ProjectManagement : Participate in project planning, monitoring project, and communicating updates to stakeholders. ImplementationSupport : Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives. Documentation : Created detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions, and assist in testing and validating new systems. Required Skills and Qualifications EducationalBackground : Degree in Economics, or a related field. Good IT skillset. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / reporting related role. AnalyticalSkills : Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to understand business needs and propose effective solutions. CommunicationSkills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for delivering findings and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. TechnicalProficiency : Highly proficient in data analysis tools such as SAP BW (Business Warehouse), ERP SAP Hana, Excel, Database management.
