For our Flagship store in Milan Montenapoleone, we are looking for an experienced MTO/Master Tailor based in the Milan boutique, who will also operate in an itinerant capacity across the retail network. Provide customers with a high quality service by satisfying their needs and expectations when requesting garment customization and spreading the philosophy and culture of the Brand. Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise Deep passion for fashion and luxury Technical expertise in garment tailoring management.
