Responsibilities Technical Support Coordinator – Cash Handling Solutions Location: Milan, Italy Salary: Up to €50,000 per annum Ref: 742BK Main duties: To coordinate and deliver technical support and service desk activities for banking equipment and cash management systems, ensuring client satisfaction and SLA compliance. The role: – Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients regarding technical issues– Manage the ticketing system to monitor SLAs and generate service reports– Provide remote troubleshooting and first-line technical support within strict response times– Support service partners with repair coordination and workflow documentation– Ensure accurate communication with clients regarding ticket status or extra-contractual visits– Participate in client-facing meetings to review service performance and completed activities– Collaborate with internal departments to maintain high service standards and compliance Candidate's Profile – Fluent in Italian with good command of English (spoken and written)– Technical background or experience in supporting banking systems or similar equipment– Strong customer service and coordination skills– Proficient in Microsoft Office, ticketing systems, and remote support tools– Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines– Detail-oriented with a proactive and team-based approach Up to €50,000 per annum plus benefits (depending on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
