We are working with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation undergoing a major greenfield S/4HANA transformation programme. This is a rare opportunity to join a multi-year global initiative at an early stage, shaping the future of SAP across international operations. This role requires relocation to Italy, with a comprehensive relocation package fully funded by the client. The Role As a Senior SAP SD Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and optimising Sales & Distribution processes within a large-scale S/4HANA rollout. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring global standardisation while accommodating local market requirements. Key Responsibilities - Act as a core member of the global SAP SD workstream within a greenfield S/4HANA transformation - Lead end-to-end SAP SD design, configuration, and implementation activities - Drive the development of a global template, ensuring alignment with regional and local business needs - Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant SAP SD solutions - Serve as the key interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators - Oversee testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and support successful deployments - Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives - Develop and maintain functional documentation and process designs What We're Looking For - Proven experience in SAP SD configuration and full lifecycle implementations - Prior involvement in S/4HANA programmes (ideally greenfield or large transformations) - Strong understanding of order-to-cash and supply chain processes - Experience working in global, multi-country environments - Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
