Transform the everyday with us. We are looking for an Apprentice in our Customer Service unit within the Digital Industries business area (Core Automation). The apprenticeship lasts 2 years in Milan and will train you to become a Field Service Coordinator. During this period you will receive comprehensive, state‑of‑the‑art training to develop both personal and professional skills, with the support of a mentor to help you achieve your career goals. Your Challenge Support the scheduling of on‑site and remote activities with Field Service Technicians in Italy and/or abroad. Assist with administrative activities related to the purchase and delivery of spare parts, following predefined procedures. Prepare offers and process customer orders in accordance with internal guidelines. Collaborate with Business Unit stakeholders by supporting information exchange and contributing to customer‑related activities. Provide support in activities related to the coordination of third‑party vendors, assisting the team during the different phases of the process. Support customers during the Field Service process, starting from ticket registration and assisting in follow‑up activities, ensuring correct data handling and escalation when required. Required Entry Qualifications You must be under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract. High School Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Humanities, Engineering, or similar fields. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in English and Italian. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a changing environment. Passion for continuous growth. Respect for and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, and willingness to co‑create and share knowledge. Eligibility to work in Italy.
