Responsibilities Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised. Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles. Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities. Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management. Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries. Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization. Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes. Qualifications Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments. Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
