Job Number: Job Category: Food and Beverage & Culinary Location: The Lake Como EDITION, Via Regina 41, Cadenabbia di Griante, Como, Italy, 22011 Schedule: Full Time Position Type: Non-Management Responsibilities Complete closing activities, including the sorting of all reusable items, the dismantling of equipment, cleaning of all equipment and areas, returning equipment to appropriate locations, closing refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, closing doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist. Prepare, restock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all dishes, glasses, and cutlery prior to use. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, applying continuous cleaning procedures (“clean‑as‑you‑go”). Follow all company safety and protection policies and procedures; report any incidents, injuries or unsafe working conditions to a supervisor; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure that uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Greet and recognize all guests according to company standards. Communicate with others using clear and professional language, respond to the phone following appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team in achieving common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to other employees’ concerns. Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small font). Stand, sit or walk for extended periods or the entire shift. Preferred Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
