The role offers the opportunity to work in an environment where individuals are empowered to shape, build, and make a tangible impact, contributing directly to the success of an international, fast evolving business.Key Responsibilities Dealer and Network Development Build strong, productive relationships with dealers and importer‑retail partners across the cluster.Identify opportunities to improve retailer capability, standards, customer experience, and local market execution.Assess network coverage and support the appointment, upgrade, or exit of partners in line with brand standards and growth priorities.Work cross‑functionally with marketing and after‑sales teams to support holistic dealer development. Sales Leadership Deliver retail and wholesale targets for motorcycles, accessories, and related commercial programs across the region.Work with dealers to plan monthly and quarterly sales actions, launch readiness, promotional activity, and pipeline conversion.Monitor KPIs, market demand, stock flow, and conversion performance, putting in place corrective actions where required.Lead dealer readiness for new product launches, including training alignment, point‑of‑sale materials, demos, and execution standards.Provide direction and support to Area Sales Managers working within the territory. Market Insight and Representation Act as the voice of the market, feeding back competitor intelligence, customer trends, commercial risks, and growth opportunities.Contribute to sales forecasting, product demand planning, and customer targeting decisions.Represent the brand at selected events, ride‑outs, launches, and commercial activations where appropriate. Key Requirements Prior experience in the motorcycle sector is a key requirement.Strong knowledge of dealer network management, retail sales processes, wholesale terms, and route‑to‑market models.Experience managing markets through importer‑retailer structures would be highly valuable.Background in the motorcycle industry with a proper network already in place.Deep understanding of the local Italian market.Driving licenses: A & B.Agile, flexible mindset; dynamic and adaptable to change.High level of independence and autonomy.Ability to work remotely with managers based in different countries.Strong decision‑making capabilities.Travel requirement: around 80%.Availability to participate in dealers’ events during weekends.English fluent; any other languages will be a plus.
