Currie & Brown is looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Ragusa. You will need experience of working across high spec buildings projects from a supervision / project management perspective as the role will involve working on a high end projects. Responsibilities will include: Work within established project objectives to produce plans, schedules and reporting requirements Responsible for delivery of small projects or assist deliver medium and large scale projects, reporting to the project lead Identify project risks or issues and propose mitigation options to the project lead to ensure the project is not adversely impacted Assist in the preparation and management of the project programme(s) Manage change control Manage and monitor project processes and procedures Interact effectively across all project parties Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors Responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate project data collection, analysis and reports Use own knowledge and industry experience to assist in the management of project consultants and contractors Assist the project lead on any project requirements or priorities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Good communication skills including the ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues Ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders Commercial acumen and organisational understanding Logical approach and ability to think through complex issues Manage and coordinate aspects of the project Collaboration and teamwork Proficient in using relevant project management software's and systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
