Location On‑Site (5 days). Responsibilities Develop the electrical design of electrical panels for HVAC systems in AutoCAD and produce product documentation. Work on single‑line and multi‑line diagrams in IDEA wiring schematics and conduct selectivity and coordination studies using relevant software. Participate in engineering meetings with equipment suppliers, teleconferences, and product team meetings. Develop product concept and detailed design based on input data, including power calculations, diagrams, layouts, tables, wiring lists, detailed drawings, descriptions, instructions, and material data sheets. Adhere to international, national, and company standards and good engineering practices during the design phase. Specify bill of materials and services required for product development. Support suppliers during prototyping and collaborate with production engineering, on‑site implementation, and quality control teams during quality control of components/systems. Perform calculations for optimal selection of components/materials and analyze new components/materials and technologies. Maintain documentation following the provided document list. Travel monthly to the Bari office for 1 week. Qualifications Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Designer, preferably in HVAC. Strong understanding of electrical design principles and practices. Excellent knowledge of ECAD (IDEA) and PLM systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Good knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles desirable but not essential. Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken). Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of European Standards (EN 60204‑1, EN 60335‑2‑40, EN 13849, etc.) related to design and safety of on‑board electrical equipment. Capability to make decisions for problem solving. Good knowledge of Bill of Materials structure and, eventually, their configurations. Availability for monthly travel to the Bari office. Benefits Competitive compensation.
