This is an exciting opportunity for a brilliant and organized individual ready to take on a 6-month internshi p and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Register and process incoming goods invoices (both Italian and foreign suppliers), with a focus on merchandise-related invoices in the passive cycle Handle service invoices when required Ensure accurate invoice entry based on supplier type, including major partners Support the end-to-end supplier management process, from invoice registration to payment proposal Monitor and manage the workflow of payments, assisting in the final stages of payment execution Collaborate with the team in reconciling supplier accounts and handling communication Assist in the maintenance and updating of internal records and financial documentation SKILLS High school Diploma, Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Fluent English (spoken and written) Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
