Responsibilities Interpret Product Development briefs, technical specifications, and quality standards for leather goods. Lead and coordinate a team responsible for industrialization, technical analysis, and process optimization. Plan workloads and priorities based on Product Development timelines and production calendars. Support team development and promote the adoption of advanced industrialization tools, technologies, and methodologies. Work closely with Product Development, Pattern Making, and Prototyping to define construction methods, materials, and components aligned with functional, quality, and aesthetic expectations for mass production. Collaborate with Production to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to industrial production, resolving any technical issues that arise. Oversee the creation and approval of technical documentation, bills of materials (BOMs), and production cycles. Manage process validation, ensuring quality and efficiency targets met before mass production. Qualifications Solid 8+ years of experience in industrialization and manufacturing processes for leather goods within the luxury industry. Strong expertise in leather goods construction, materials, and production techniques. Proficiency with industrialization software and production planning tools. Ability to analyze and optimize production flows, costs, and quality. Solid understanding of quality control standards, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement principles.
