Role: Metering Analyst (Junior level, experience Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of processes related to measures for commodity power and gas, ensuring correct acquisition, validation and availability of consumption data to support billing and credit management processes. The role includes constant oversight of operational performance, focus on achieving process KPIs, and adherence to regulatory and operational deadlines. Particular focus on sector regulation and ARERA provisions, with attention to: Correct management of measurement flows respecting regulatory timing; Monitoring performance related to commercial and technical quality obligations; Collaboration with Regulatory and Compliance functions to keep alignment with evolving regulations. Key responsibilities: Monitor and govern power and gas measurement flows, analyzing and structurally resolving main scrappage causes. Ensure timely management of anomalies within business deadlines and regulatory due dates. Support Billing in managing complex cases, with particular attention to economic and regulatory impacts. Prepare KPI monitoring reports and performance analysis, contributing to continuous improvement actions. Proactively engage internal departments (IT, Operations, Regulatory) and external stakeholders (primarily IT suppliers), ensuring compliance with notifications and regulatory obligations. Qualifications Degree or diploma in technical disciplines. At least 2 years of experience in metering/DSO/billing in the energy sector. Excellent knowledge of main Office Automation applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Capability to work in team and use sharing tools. Capability to work under time constraints. Data analysis and presentation skills. Additional desirable: knowledge of the Neta system, ability to operate effectively in high complexity and tight deadline contexts, strong problem‑solving orientation.
