LFS is also responsible for all clients’ financing‑related needs, coordinating with the advisory, coverage and product teams. UniCredit is a leading European financing institution with a focus on its core markets represented by Italy, Germany, and Central & Eastern Europe. What you’ll be doing As an Associate Director, you will have broad exposure to senior bankers, clients, and investors, and will be actively involved in the execution and origination of a wide range of transactions, including acquisition financings, LBOs and high yield issues across both bank and institutional markets. What you can expect from us Proactive origination and active dialogue with Italian corporate clients and top‑tier sponsor clients across Europe Review and assessment of financial, business, and credit analysis Critical analysis and assessment of appropriate debt structures Review of T&Cs and financial documentation Coordination with internal counterparties, including Syndicate, Rating Advisory, Coverage, and M&A teams Active involvement in internal approval processes, including memos / credit papers drafting and discussion in credit and business committees Preparation of marketing materials for syndication and placement of leveraged loans and high yield bond What you’ll need to succeed A least 5 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate or leveraged finance, or private credit Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large volumes of information Capability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams Autonomous, proactive, pragmatic and problem‑solver attitude, well organized and self‑reliant Strong co‑operation mindset used to deal with international teams Flexibility and resilience in a fast‑paced, demanding environment Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills Proficient in written and spoken English What you’ll get in return The opportunity to join a dynamic and international corporate and leveraged finance platform Active dialogue with corporate clients looking for acquisition financing and complex‑deal structuring Strong exposure to top‑tier private equity sponsors, acting for a leading LBO franchise in the European market #J-18808-Ljbffr
