We are looking for a Technical Office Architect to be assigned to our project “Tenuta Aliotti” located in Montepulciano, Italy.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the Quality Management SystemMonitor and ensure that construction processes are completed on time and in full by contractorsPrepare daily site reports and manage the review, approval, or rejection of contractor reportsInspect on-site works to ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and latest revisionsIdentify non-conforming works; when necessary, halt activities and ensure corrective actions are implementedPerform construction process inspections; review and approve inspection formsEffectively supervise and guide contractor activitiesEvaluate material approval processes from both technical and documentation perspectivesOrganize or participate in daily, weekly, and monthly coordination and progress meetingsPrevent the entry of non-compliant materials to the construction site and ensure their removal when necessaryConduct compliance and calibration checks for machinery, equipment, and measurement devicesRecord non-conformities under CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and communicate them to relevant stakeholdersReview and, when required, prepare official minutes and reports issued by the Employer, contractors, and consultantsReview, assess, and manage approval processes for project and construction drawingsRegularly take progress photos of construction works and maintain proper documentationEnsure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on siteEnsure the preparation and monitoring of contractor work schedulesPrepare tender packages, collect bids, and perform comparative bid analysesOrganize contractor selection processes and prepare evaluation reportsCoordinate the preparation and approval of contracts and contract annexesMonitor contractor schedules for compliance with contracts, track delays and penalty-related items, and report accordinglyReview payment certificates (progress payments) for contractual compliancePrepare and manage variation orders and cost analysesPrepare budget and cash flow plans, analyze variances, and report regularlyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureMinimum 5 years of site experienceProficient in MS Office and AutoCADFluent in English and ItalianStrong team player with excellent communication and coordination skillsStrong problem-solving skills; proactive, responsible,and results-orientedHigh level of planning, organization, and control skillsPreferably experienced in hotel and facility projectsAble to work actively on-site in Italy
