I. Channel Development (Primary Responsibility) Responsible for developing dealership channels in the Spanish market for the automotive brands represented and distributed by the company, including FAWBESTUNE, YOOUDOOO, etc.; Identify, evaluate, and recruit dealers with strong financial capabilities and sales performance potential; Lead channel negotiations and contract signings to accelerate market expansion in undeveloped regions; II. Sales Target Achievement (Core KPI) Take full responsibility for the overall sales targets of the dealer network under management, ensuring the achievement of annual and quarterly objectives; Break down sales targets for the dealers under management and establish tracking and performance supervision mechanisms; Support and drive dealers under management to improve retail sales volume, conversion rates, and inventory turnover efficiency; Develop corrective action plans for underperforming channels and follow up on improvement results; III. Channel Operations & Performance Improvement Responsible for regional sales network planning, including channel evaluation and management, business empowerment, as well as dealer onboarding and exit mechanisms, ensuring channel stability and operational efficiency; Manage the daily operations of dealers or agents and coordinate the resolution of operational issues.
