Responsibilities Evolve and optimize privacy and compliance processes with direct impact on our MarTech and online marketing ecosystem Evaluate new tools, platforms, and workflows with a focus on data privacy, usability, and business value Co‑design privacy‑compliant processes that build trust and serve as a visible quality standard Support internal teams on operational topics related to data, platforms, tracking, and digital workflows Maintain and further develop core privacy documentation while ensuring clear and applicable internal standards Translate regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ePrivacy, and the AI Act into practical, day‑to‑day measures Strengthen privacy and compliance awareness through internal trainings, guidelines, and active sparring with teams Coordinate external experts on complex legal matters and turn their input into actionable solutions Qualifications Data privacy is a relevant business topic for you within digital value creation. You have a strong interest in online marketing, MarTech, SaaS platforms, and data‑driven processes, and quickly identify where privacy creates real value. Ideally, you come from a business, digital, or marketing‑related environment and are able to translate privacy and compliance requirements into structured, clear, and pragmatic solutions. You work with precision, think in a solution‑oriented way, and have a strong understanding of digital business models, as well as the balance between security, efficiency, and performance.
