In their Milan office they now look for Full Cycle AEs (Italian speaking), selling their AI B2B SaaS software to SMB customers (many deals with low ACV each). Account Executive | Full Cycle (Milan) Your responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales funnel (high deal volume, low ACV ( Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role. Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Milan for a hybrid, office-centric role (3+ days in office). Tech-Savvy: You are a power user of modern sales support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator). Mindset: Humble, hungry, and fast-paced. You take true ownership, continuously challenge yourself, and believe in the power of straight talking. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English. Spanish is a strong plus!
