CRA Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Turin. This role is a transversal Group position , dedicated to sourcing and hiring a wide range of profiles across all CRA Group companies, from architecture and design to technology and operations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different teams and companies within the Group Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach Screen applications and coordinate interviews Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Support talent pipelines and ongoing hiring needs across the Group Requirements 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles Good communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English and Italian What We Offer A dynamic and international work environment Exposure to diverse roles and teams across the Group Opportunities for professional growth
