What you’ll do Regulatory & Compliance: support and lead ongoing regulatory legal projects and provide assistance in cross-functional regulatory initiatives, with focus on the EU AI Act; Legal PMO: assist in organizing documentation, tracking activities, and improving internal processes. Legal Assessments: assist in identifying potential legal risks and summarizing key points to support decision‑making; participate in internal discussions and learn how contract negotiations are managed with customers and partners. Tech Contracts Review: review, analyze, comment and draft a wide variety of technology and software‑related contracts, including SaaS‑cloud agreements, professional services agreements, and statements of work. Commercial Contracts Review: assess commercial contracts such as partnerships, referral, and distribution agreements, either based on international standards or on heavily bespoke forms for customers. Procurement Contracts: assist in reviewing supplier agreements and framework contracts in collaboration with the Procurement team. What you’ll need Master degree in law from an accredited institution and experience as an IP/IT lawyer (minimum 1 year in‑house or in a law firm) or LLM in IP/IT Law are required. EU AI Act knowledge will be considered a strong plus. Strong digital fluency with a hands‑on approach to learning new software and a curiosity for exploring how digital tools function behind the scenes. Ability to work with Google Suite and Atlassian Suite will be considered a plus. Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is a must. Knowledge of German and/or Spanish will be considered a plus. Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to understand complex legal concepts and translate them for non‑legal stakeholders. Stamina to handle continuous interactions with various internal and external stakeholders. Capacity to receive feedback and contribute to a feedback culture. Customer‑focus approach with a constructive problem‑solving style that bridges alliances within the organization.
