Digital marketing plays a key role in driving lead generation and business growth, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and optimize our digital campaigns across channels. Your Role Campaign Execution & Optimization Execute and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Support the definition and implementation of campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies Monitor and optimize performance against key KPIs (CPL, MQLs, conversion rate) Contribute to full-funnel activities (awareness → consideration → conversion) Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure alignment on creatives and campaign objectives Support optimization of landing pages and campaign flows to improve lead quality Tracking & Data Management Support the setup and management of tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels Ensure data consistency and support end-to-end tracking up to Salesforce CRM Manage and monitor data flows and automations (including Zapier) Support cookie and consent management activities in line with GDPR requirements Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and highlight optimization opportunities Analyze full funnel performance (media → leads → CRM → conversion) Build and maintain reports using Power BI Provide regular updates and insights to Brand Managers to support campaign decisions Contribute to performance reviews with Marketing and Sales teams Support lead quality analysis in collaboration with Sales Collaboration & Governance Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness Support alignment with global guidelines and frameworks Contribute to global performance discussions/committees by sharing data, results, and learnings Ensure consistency and accuracy in campaign execution and reporting Reporting Line Reports to Head of Digital Requirements 4–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead Generation Hands-on experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads Salesforce (mandatory) Power BI (mandatory) Zapier Google Tag Manager & GA4 Strong analytical mindset with ability to: interpret performance data identify optimization opportunities translate data into actionable insights Experience working with performance KPIs (CPL, MQL, conversion rate) Good understanding of digital funnel and lead generation dynamics Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Global) Fluent English Nice to Have Experience with programmatic or advanced media buying Basic knowledge of CRO and A/B testing Experience in multi-market environments Key Success Factors Strong execution and operational accuracy Data-driven mindset Attention to detail in tracking and reporting Proactive approach to optimization This job posting is open to all individuals regardless of gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religious belief, in accordance with Legislative Decrees 198/2007, 215/2003, and 216/2003. #J-18808-Ljbffr
