The role reports directly to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Team oversees the two properties on Piazza Ognissanti: The St. Regis Florence and The Excelsior, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Florence, including F&B venues such as Winter Garden Bar & Restaurant, Café Ginori, Donatello Bar, Cosimo rooftop restaurant and bar. Main Responsibilities Graphic Design & Collaterals production: oversee collaterals production in coordination with MKT team members, Operations and Purchasing Team, respecting brand standards (menu, brochure, save the date, gift cards, special amenities); provide support for sales/brand/MKT presentations, mastering Power Point as well as InDesign and Canva. Support & Alignment on Brand Activation and Messaging: under MM and DOM guidance, focus on activating the brand through hotel messaging, special events and amenities to enhance guest experiences. Ensure an omnichannel approach to MKT materials, keeping the information updated across all guest‑touchpoints (social media and website of hotel/restaurant, hotel offline and digital platforms such as e‑directory, TV screens, third party websites). Content Creation: support MKT Team in executing, planning and organizing photo‑shooting, coordinating external agencies, suppliers and internal teams, being attentive to details and thinking social media oriented. Take care of copywriting, content management, support in art direction and operative details during shooting, destined to digital and offline channels. Local Market Positioning and F&B Activities: support MM and MKT Supervisor in positioning F&B outlets in the local market and executing promotional activities as well as events to engage both locals and in‑house guests. Digital Marketing Collaboration: work closely with the Digital Field team & MKT colleagues to deliver multi‑lingual tactical marketing campaigns, execute social media strategies, measure impact, manage website content, and coordinate OTA updates. Support in online reputation management, social media planning and monitoring, guest engagement, quality checks on websites, and monitoring and responding to reputation review sites. Sales Team and PR: provide support to the sales team in creating marketing collateral/adv/campaign materials and connecting with local and national PR teams as needed. Compliance and Positioning: ensure full compliance with Marriott International standards while executing marketing initiatives, rebranding, and positioning projects. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills (written and spoken). Graphic skills with Microsoft Office package, Canva, InDesign are a must. Photography, Photoshop and Lightroom skills are a plus. Ability to multitask, with energy, enthusiasm and a “can‑do” attitude – essential. Ability to work in teams and to communicate effectively. Social‑media oriented, tech‑savvy and passionate for content creation. Hands on, practical, flexible and problem‑solving. Acts as a dedicated Brand ambassador, embodying brand values. Shows innovation, proactivity, and resourcefulness. Passion for hospitality, luxury and fashion industry. Qualification Standards Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in process, preferably in Marketing, Communication and/or Business. Experience: Previous experience in marketing/advertising or comms industry will be preferred.
