Yali is looking for an experienced Sales Person to join our team at the Milan head office. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, proven experience in fashion/luxury sales, and a passion for independent fashion. You will work closely with senior leadership across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, trunk shows, and private clients. What you will do: – Manage and develop wholesale relationships during market and showroom periods – Lead buyer communications, follow-ups, and sales coordination – Organize and execute trunk shows and private client appointments – Drive direct sales and deliver a high-level, personalized client experience – Collaborate closely with sales, production, and internal teams to support business growth Who we are looking for: – Proven experience in fashion/luxury sales (wholesale, direct-to-consumer, or private clients) – Strong commercial awareness and client management skills – Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized – Excellent communication and follow-up abilities – Fluent in English (French is a plus) – Based in Milan and available to work on-site – Willing to travel during key sales periods Details: – Full-time position – Location: Milan (on-site) – Immediate start About you: Results-oriented sales professional with a strong focus on driving revenue and expanding client relationships in the fashion/luxury sector.
