As a Firmware Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of embedded firmware for complex industrial systems. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to create innovative solutions, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability and functionality of embedded software components. | Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for industrial applications Set priorities and communicate technical risks and issues related to firmware development Analyze performance and reliability, and produce technical documentation for embedded software | Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with strong skills in firmware development Previous experience in biomedical, avionics or automotive sector is a plus Self-motivated and capable of working alone and within teams Good written and oral communication skills to allow effective communication with peers, managers and customers Good command of Italian and English language TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to their clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
