Responsibilities Designing and optimizing Linux kernel and OS components. Designing and implementing software solutions for next‑gen cockpits and autonomous driving systems. Performing low‑level tuning for CPU, GPU, etc. Optimizing embedded AI applications. Mentoring other team members and driving projects forward. Qualifications Minimum of a Master’s degree. At least 10+ years of experience. Experience with Linux development / Linux kernel and/or Linux drivers. Experience with C or C++ and developing new features. Experience with low‑level optimization for embedded systems. Benefits This is a full‑time, permanent position. Pay will be base salary plus bonus, amount depending on experience level. Base salary range is €90,000-€110,000 plus bonus. Location The position is usually on‑site in Pisa, Italy. We also allow working from the Milan office for the majority of the month with a visit once a month to Pisa for a few days. It will still be an on‑site position.
