Your Role We are looking for a hands‑on and results‑driven Tender Specialist to join our Customer Service Team at Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy). In this role you will have the opportunity to build upon the recent improvements in processes and win rate and to ensure that all Technogym tender submissions are timely, high quality and commercially correct. You will primarily be responsible for the project management (timeline creation and follow‑ups), editing and formatting of tender response documents as and when they are required by customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining an online bid library, updating and rewriting materials as time permits, and reporting on tender win/loss rates and values. Your Impact Identify, research and monitor tenders (public and private) for the supply of both goods and services; Coordinate all phases necessary to execute the tender, proactively collaborating with Sales function; Evaluate technical and financial requirements for participation in the tender; Coordinate administrative and bureaucratic procedures, including the production of all documentation required by the procedure, from the introductory phase to the final phase (involving relevant company departments, if necessary); Monitor and ensure full compliance with timelines and deadlines indicated in the tender; Monitor and supervise the proper execution of the contract, intervening when necessary at the contracting authority and/or on‑site; Manage registrations and maintenance on the main online platforms (e.g. Gazzetta Ufficiale, MePa, InfoAppalti, etc.); Manage registrations and maintenance on Clients' Supplier portals; Exchange information and daily contacts with foreign Subsidiaries on tender‑related matters; About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You are attentive to detail, with an excellent methodical approach. You are willing to be flexible in your working patterns and to work under pressure. What you should bring Master's Degree in Economics, Law or related fields 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within structured organizations (preferably from medical, energy or furniture industries) Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SAP Proficiency in Italian and English (minimum level B2 CEFR) Availability for national business trips Ability to work in teams, to effectively communicate with colleagues, suppliers, clients Good relationship skills and ability to solve conflicts Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer Technogym is an equal opportunities employer.
