We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to further develop MLA's growth in Türkiye. This role is central to expanding MLA's agent network and strengthening relationships in one of the most important source markets for international education. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in agent-focused sales, a strong network within the sector, and the cultural knowledge needed to navigate diverse markets across the region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for: Developing and executing a regional sales strategy focused on agent recruitment, retention, and growth. Building, strengthening, and managing MLA's network of trusted education agents across Türkiye, with a particular focus on areas outside Istanbul. Providing agents with clear programme details, pricing information, and marketing resources to support enrolments. Delivering training and ongoing support to agents, ensuring they are confident in representing MLA. Analysing agent performance, market trends, and regional feedback to guide MLA's sales strategy and product development. Producing regular reports, sales forecasts, and market updates for senior management. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the education travel, ELT, or study abroad sector. Proven success in growing agent networks and delivering sales results through strong relationship management. An established network of education agents in Türkiye. Fluency in English and Turkish.
