Concentrix Italy is looking for an experienced Bid Support Manager (BPO-oriented) to join the local management team. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate bid activities, managing complex tenders ( gare d’appalto ) and supporting pre‑sales initiatives for BPO solutions. This role requires strong commercial acumen, pricing expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal Business Units. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end bid processes for BPO opportunities Coordinate and guide the bid team , ensuring timely and high-quality submissions Analyze tender requirements and formalize structured, compliant offers Develop compelling client value propositions and solution narratives Actively participate in pre‑sales activities , including client presentations and pitches Define and validate pricing models in collaboration with Finance and Operations Interface with multiple internal Business Units (Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, IT) Ensure governance, consistency, and compliance across all bid documentation Support continuous improvement of bid management processes Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager in a BPO environment Proven experience managing gare d’appalto / formal tenders Strong capability in offer formalization and bid documentation Solid experience in pre‑sales and client-facing presentations Demonstrated expertise in pricing and commercial modeling Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, multi‑BU teams Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills High level of organization, attention to detail, and deadline management Fluent Italian and good professional English What We Offer RAL: €60,000 – €70,000 (based on experience) Annual Performance Bonus Meal Tickets Hybrid working model Permanent role within a global BPO leader Exposure to strategic, high-impact client engagements Collaborative and growth-oriented environment Diversity Disclaimer: At Concentrix, we respect and celebrate the diversity of our game-changers.
