Our client is an international medical technology company seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Management System Manager for their production site in Treviso (Veneto, Italy) . The role focuses on improving the Quality Management System and acting as the local quality reference, in close collaboration with the local teams and the headquarters in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Manage non-conformities, CAPAs and Root Cause Analysis activities Support and improve quality processes within production and manufacturing Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality-related issues Support audits, inspections and compliance activities Ensure accurate documentation and process standardization Act as the link between the Italian production site and the central Quality / Regulatory teams Qualifications Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Telecommunications or similar) Knowledge of ISO 13485 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 14971 Experience in QA / QMS within industrial environments Experience working with electronic products or components Knowledge of quality systems, CAPAs and industrial processes Experience in medical devices or other regulated xdwybme industries Fluent English required Italian and Spanish are valued What the Company Offers International and growing medical technology environment Key role in the transformation and improvement of the local quality system Hybrid working model based in Treviso Long-term growth and development opportunities Hands-on and impactful role within an international group
