THE ROLE Off-White is looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team in Milan. In this role, you will support the Head of Finance with day-to-day accounting activities, helping to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely administrative and fiscal processes. WHAT YOU’LL DO Support day-to-day accounting operations, including high-volume transactional activities and data management across multiple processes Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate invoice processing and recording Maintain general ledger entries and support month-end closing activities Assist in the preparation of monthly VAT returns Support monthly and annual tax and administrative compliance activities Contribute to controlling activities and financial reporting Support the preparation of financial statements Use and maintain the ERP system (Odoo) WHO YOU ARE Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role Solid understanding of accounting principles Advanced Excel skills Fluent Italian and good proficiency in English Knowledge of Odoo and/or other ERP systems is a plus Hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable in a high-volume operational environment Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving context Pragmatic and reliable team player with a proactive mindset
