Kubota Italy is looking for a Commercial Back Office Specialist to strengthen its Sales Support team. The selected candidate will be a key operational reference point for the commercial network, providing support to sales inspectors, dealers, and management in daily administrative and commercial activities. Main Responsibilities Support to Sales Inspectors Manage requests related to delivery times Check availability of machines, engines, and accessories Handle order modifications Send documents and monitor order progress Support to Dealers Manage requests regarding product availability and delivery times Provide support on prices and price lists Manage order exchanges between dealers Modify delivery addresses Send CE certificates and compliance documents Handle transport damage reports Administrative Management Enter and manage orders Verify prices and discounts Update and monitor Excel files Manage machine orders for technical training Monthly verification of Zrebates and recognition of service fees Inventory management Update price lists Archive KTS documents and warranty extensions Verify and validate invoices via ESKER Update the DRIVE and Italy sales figures Support to Management Data analysis and extraction Preparation of sales statistics General Activities Manage the main phone line Welcome visitors and suppliers Support event organization Send communications to the dealer network Perform small translations What We Offer An international and dynamic environment A collaborative work atmosphere Real opportunities for professional growth Required Profile Experience in commercial or administrative back office Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Accuracy, teamwork, and service orientation Strong communication skills Professional English #J-18808-Ljbffr
