In this role, you’ll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. Milan, Italy (Full-time, in-office) Contract Type: Permanent Employment Own end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across IT disciplines Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks. Build and manage a high-quality, continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs. Advise clients and internal teams on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Italian engineering landscape. Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices. Support employer branding efforts to position Prime Engineering Italy as an employer of choice in the engineering sector. 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role. Experience in IT, technical, or outsourcing environments is required. ~ A genuine interest in the IT sector and in building a career in technical recruitment. ~ Fluency in Italian (essential) and a good working level of English (required).
