Offer Description The research activity is aimed at the design, development, and validation of Agentic AI systems to support educational processes in school and university contexts. In particular, the research focuses on defining multi-agent architectures based on generative artificial intelligence models, capable of assisting teachers and students in learning, assessment, and the personalization of educational pathways. Experimental prototypes will be developed and integrated into real educational environments, with attention to aspects such as explainability, human-in-the-loop approaches, and regulatory compliance (AI Act, GDPR). The activity includes data collection and analysis, evaluation of the impact on learning processes, and the definition of guidelines for the ethical and responsible use of AI in education. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate should demonstrate an interdisciplinary background combining artificial intelligence (with a focus on multi-agent and generative AI systems) and Digital Humanities. Proficiency with frameworks for LLM-based agentic AI systems is required, along with familiarity with methods for analyzing and interpreting textual and cultural data. A strong awareness of ethical, legal, and societal implications of AI is expected, including transparency, accountability, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (AI Act, GDPR). The candidate will contribute to the design and development of agentic systems for the analysis, generation, and enhancement of digital content, experimentation on complex datasets, and the definition of guidelines for responsible AI use.
