Static Equipment Engineer As Static Equipment Engineer, you will respond to the Static Equipment Lead and be part of the ENCAR business line. Responsibilities Perform technical tasks assigned by the Static Equipment Lead, related to design, verification or study activities of Storage Tanks, Air Coolers, Reactors, Columns, Vessels and Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers. Co‑coordinate some technical activities performed inside or outside Saipem (review client technical documentation and requirements, control subcontracted discipline engineering documents). Perform the follow‑up of supplies with the selected vendor after the purchase order award. Perform the estimation of each item (weight/cost). Prepare detail engineering documentation in compliance with the process requirements and technical specifications (equipment mechanical data sheets, etc.). Optimize the technical solutions ensuring minimal cost and simplification while meeting required performance. Qualifications Education: Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: Proven experience (at least 5 years) in the same or similar positions with International Main Contracting & Engineering Companies. Languages: English (B2/C1). Technical Skills: Focus on static equipment (mainly Columns and Vessels). IT Skills: Familiarity with PC software for office automation and software for mechanical equipment design (e.g. PV Elite, Compress, or similar). Travel & Availability You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for. Availability to travel for short periods (1 week to 1 month) and the possibility to relocate abroad to International Saipem Engineering Centers or construction sites for a minimum of one year.
