About the Role We are looking for a Master’s student in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Management, Energy, Automation or a related field) to join our Industrial Department as a 6‑month curricular internship in Lean Manufacturing. The internship takes place in an international and structured environment, where you will contribute to projects that improve the efficiency, safety, and innovation of Ferrero’s production systems. Main Responsibilities Support the analysis of production processes and contribute to projects that promote operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production flows and reducing losses. Help to define and deploy standardized methodologies and Lean tools. Collect data, track KPIs, and monitor project progress to evaluate results and benefits. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with various departments. About You Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in an engineering discipline with a curiosity about how complex production systems operate and evolve. Analytical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills. Interest in process improvement and technological innovation. Fluency in English and Italian (required). Basic knowledge of data analysis, Lean methodologies, or simulation tools is a plus.
