We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support the hotel’s growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our hotel in the luxury hospitality market. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales and client acquisition strategies in line with the hotel’s commercial goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders; with a focus on European marketsEstablish strong working relationships with Preferred Partner agencies (such as Virtuoso, FHR)Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth and new business opportunitiesRepresent the hotel at relevant trade fairs and industry events, acting as a brand ambassadorProactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including networking and attending relevant eventsCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Booking teams to maximize room revenues and overall commercial performanceContribute innovative ideas and sales initiatives to support business developmentDeliver sales operational tasks including contracting and site inspectionsPrepare regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and business opportunitiesMaintain the client database in the relevant CRM platform What We’re Looking ForMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environmentClient database and experience working within key European markets, with a focus on LeisureStrong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiencesExcellent ability to communicate and inspire clients with our brand values and conceptFluent in English, and knowledge of other European languages a plus (such as French, German, Spanish)Understanding of Italian for the work environment is preferredHighly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentPlease send your CV with a photo to: [email protected] the subject line: please include Sales ManagerThis announcement is open to candidates of both sexes (Law 903/77 – Legislative Decree no. 198/2006).
