About The Role As a CBRE Technical Contract Support, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements. What You’ll Do Manage the buying process for a given set of goods in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets Collaborate with the technical area in order to buy and deliver the materials requested on time and in the right place Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations Provide technical / commercial assistance to the Sourcing team when they are involved in any RFP Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Actively participate in supplier performance reviews Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures Explore alternate sources for goods and materials Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issue What You’ll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
