Job Description A luxury resort located in the heart of Umbria is seeking an accomplished Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B outlets and ensure exceptional culinary and service standards across the property. This leadership role requires a highly organized, strategic, and service-driven professional capable of managing multiple venues, teams, and operational workflows within a refined hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and special events. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, seasonal concepts, and signature experiences aligned with the resort’s brand. Ensure top-level guest satisfaction by maintaining impeccable service standards and addressing feedback effectively. Manage inventory, purchasing, suppliers, and cost control to achieve financial targets. Monitor P&L performance, prepare budgets, and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning. Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, safety, and food-handling regulations. Implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and quality across all F&B areas. Coordinate with Events, Marketing, and Front Office teams for promotions, special events, and cross-departmental initiatives. Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support service and engage with guests. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management within a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership capabilities with proven success in managing diverse, multicultural teams. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, industry trends, and luxury service standards. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management. Fluency in English required; Italian is a strong advantage. Hospitality management degree or related certifications preferred. Highly skilled in communication, guest engagement, and conflict resolution.
