About the Position We are seeking qualified OSS (operatori socio sanitari) to join our team at Castelmassa, providing care to residents in a socio‑sanitary facility. Responsibilities Contribute to the well‑being of residents in the facility. Ensure the fulfillment of primary needs of residents, focusing on psycho‑physical well‑being and personal hygiene. Collaborate with the staff to support the well‑being of each resident. Qualifications Holder of OSS qualification obtained through a 1000‑hour professional training course. Experience in providing assistance to residents or availability to acquire such experience. Benefits & Conditions Fixed‑term contract of 3–6 months (possible stabilization during first period). Contract level C2 under CCNL COOPERATIVE SOCIALI. Full‑time (38 hours/week) rota covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, Monday through Sunday. Monthly net salary between €1,400 and €1,600, plus 13th and 14th monthly payments. All salary bonuses, overtime, holidays, and legal increments included per CCNL. First two months of free single‑room accommodation. Professional development support through mentoring and continuous training.
