Known for our robotic bartenders installed worldwide, we blend innovation with storytelling—and we’re looking for someone who can help us amplify that story. We are seeking a Social Media & Communications Specialist to join our team in Turin. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on social media management with broader communication responsibilities. What you’ll do Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (content planning, publishing, community management, reporting) Develop engaging content aligned with our brand voice and product launches Handle inbound media requests and support press relations Coordinate the creation of in-house communication materials (presentations, brochures, digital assets) Contribute to copywriting across channels (social, website, newsletters, press materials) Support the production of visual and video content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners Ensure consistency of messaging across all communication touchpoints What we’re looking for 2–4 years of experience in social media, communications, or a similar role Strong writing and storytelling skills in English (Italian is a plus) Hands-on experience with social media tools and analytics Basic understanding of content production (video/photo) and creative processes Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Interest in innovation, design, robotics, or the F&B industry
