Who we are looking for The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing wholesale sales both in the showroom and out in the field. The role supports wholesale clients and commercial partners throughout the buying process, forecasting, account management and brand expansion. The main objective is to maximize sales, develop new business opportunities, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required Experience in fashion wholesale (showroom and/or field sales) Strong commercial mindset and business development skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities Willingness to travel and work out of showroom locations Excellent English; additional languages are a plus Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team Key responsibilities Manage and develop wholesale clients in the showroom and in the field (out of showroom activities) Conduct sales visits and meetings with buyers at client locations and partner showrooms Present collections during selling campaigns and commercial appointments Identify and develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients Analyze client needs and propose tailored assortments Enter and manage orders in the company system Monitor order progress and follow up with clients Support showroom preparation (selling campaigns, collection setup and merchandising) Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and distributors Analyze sales performance and client productivity Collaborate with merchandising, commercial, and customer service teams Support sell‑in activities and seasonal planning This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €28,000 - 30,000, plus a range of company benefits.
