Publicis Groupe HR Business Partner (stage) – Milano Responsibilities Support HRBP daily activities, collaborating with managers and internal stakeholders. Assist in managing employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, development). Contribute to HR process management and optimization. Prepare reporting and presentations to support HR activities. Collaborate with the various HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) to ensure process consistency and alignment. Qualifications Education in HR, Psychology, Economics, or related fields. Interest in the HR Business Partner role and organizational dynamics. Good knowledge of English (B2/C1). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel. Excellent relational and communication skills. Proactivity, curiosity, and problem‑solving attitude. Ability to work in teams and dynamic contexts.
