This is a high impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial manufacturing site. The individual will serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, acting as a strategic partner to both the Plant Leader and Regional EHS organisation to strengthen operational performance, safety culture, and regulatory compliance. Given the business is currently undergoing a significant period of transformation and operational evolution, this role carries heightened importance within the organisation. The site requires a leader capable not only of maintaining compliance and safety standards, but also influencing behavioural change, embedding stronger EHS disciplines, and helping elevate overall plant performance during a time of transition. The successful individual will play a critical role in shaping site culture, driving accountability, and ensuring EHS becomes fully integrated into operational decision making as the business continues to modernise and evolve. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, engineering or a related scientific discipline. 4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong experience with ISO systems and regulatory compliance Demonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety culture Proven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan execution Experience in multinational environments is an advantage Fluent in Italian and English PREFERRED EXPERIENCE At least 2-3 years’ experience in key EHS leading position Experience implementing EHS training initiatives and Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) prevention programs across industrial manufacturing environments.
