General Description Of The Role In the Technology & Services organization, the Data & Analytics Team is a strategic central hub that enables data‑centric and data‑driven decisions by transforming data into actionable and reliable insights to support business strategy and performance. The team works closely with business departments and technical teams to manage the data lifecycle, design and deliver analytical solutions, lead data governance, and support stakeholders in defining data strategy and key use cases. Key Responsibilities And Activities Data Governance and Control Lead and embed data governance practices for core finance and support functions domains Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in line with the functions strategy Act as a champion for trusted, consistent, and harmonized data and KPIs across global, regional, and local markets Drive data quality controls for critical finance metrics used in performance reviews and external/internal reporting Data Product Ownership Act as Product Owner for finance and support functions data and analytics products, defining the product vision, roadmap and key performance indicators in line with the business strategy and priorities Translate business requirements into clear, prioritized data needs for the Data Platform technical team Balance global standardization with business flexibility required by regions and markets, ensuring scalability and usability of the data product Share best practices and lessons learned across domains Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership Act as a trusted partner to business leadership, including Heads of Function, Global, Regional and local Teams Facilitate alignment between business function and proactively manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and trade‑offs Lead governance forums and working sessions to resolve data issues, align on definitions, and prioritize finance analytics initiatives Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and Data Owners, providing guidance on correct data usage and interpretation Performance Management & Value Enablement Identify high‑value analytics use cases to enable finance and support function teams to shift from reporting to insights Define and track value realization from business analytics initiatives Increase analytics literacy among business users, fostering self‑service and data‑driven decision making Contribute to enterprise Data & Analytics strategy from a business perspective Required Skills And Experience Experience & Background 8–10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Finance Analytics or similar roles within a CPG/FMCG environment Strong experience with finance and support functions data governance, KPI standardization, or performance management Experience acting as a product owner or business owner for finance data or analytics products Exposure to global and matrixed organizations with regional and local complexity Business Skills Deep understanding of how finance data supports business processes, performance management, and decision‑making Strong ability to connect finance data to business decisions and outcomes Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences Technical Awareness (Non‑Hands‑On) Conceptual understanding of finance systems, data platforms, and BI tools Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers, analytics teams, and IT architects Key competencies Strong business acumen and deep understanding of business performance data, metrics, and analytical concepts Influencing and stakeholder management in complex environment Data product ownership mindset Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders Structured problem‑solving and prioritization High attention to detail, accuracy, and control Strategic mindset with strong execution focus Clear, confident, and pragmatic communicator Integrity and respect for data confidentiality Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion Campari Group is an equal‑opportunity employer.
