Ensureeffectiveoperationalpurchasingof the assigned product category. React promptly toemergenciesand manage supplier relationships proactively, guaranteeing quality and continuity of performance. Job responsabilities Generate and manage purchase orders for the assigned category (leathers and fabrics / metallic accessories / other products). Monitor daily deliveries and manage emergencies (delays, non-conformities), activating quick solutions with suppliers. Track suppliers’ acceptance tests plans (piano collaudi). Define production site of destination for incoming orders. Maintain supplier relationships to ensure availability, timeliness, and compliance with agreements. Align with Planning, Product Development, and Production to meet production needs and adapt to urgent changes in requirements. Verify with technical departments the availability of all technical approvals before order release. Manage quality holds, returns, and DIBA anomalies in coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to delivery plans. Escalate issues promptly to the Purchasing Leader when not solvable independently. Contribute to KPI monitoring and support the Purchasing Leader with reporting. Profile Diploma or Degree in Economics, Management, or related fields. Previousexperience in Purchasing or Supply Chain (even short-term). Basic knowledge of ERP and digital tools. Strong command of Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools). English level B2 minimum; French knowledge is considered a plus.
